How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at hello@outletopulence.com. Once the order has shipped, cancellations fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Inspect your item(s) upon delivery and if you notice damage, including damage to the box, note it when signing for the package. If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the contents immediately, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to hello@outletopulence.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation within one business day.
