Refunds & Returns Policy
At Outlet Opulence, we aim to make your shopping experience worry-free. Our straightforward return and refund policy ensures you can shop with confidence.
1. Return Time Frame
You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
2. Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 30 days and ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, please notify us within 30 days and ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund for the product price, excluding the 25% restocking fee.
5. Refund Processing
After we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 1-3 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. If you don’t see the refund within 10 business days, contact us at hello@outletopulence.com.

Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.
