Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that the cut-off time for order placement is 6:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days on average.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping for all orders. 

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and do not accommodate international orders.

Freight Shipping

Many of our products are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes an item requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure the correct phone number is provided during checkout for this coordination.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been received and your payment method has been authorized. Your credit card will only be charged once the item ships, except in cases of backorders, where the charge may be processed to hold the item for you.
