What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
We kindly ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you're unable to inspect the contents during delivery but suspect potential damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
In the event your item(s) do arrive damaged, simply send clear photos of the product and packaging to hello@outletopulence.com. Our team will process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
